Multi-Batch Series AFS

The Rhythm Multi-Batch Series is a unique fertigation system that utilizes TWO highly automated working mixing tanks to prepare, stabilize, and deliver recipes throughout your facility. Whereas most systems in the marketplace are direct-injection, this system uses independent and simultaneously working mixing tanks to prepare and stabilize recipes before delivery – allowing for more compatibility with complex nutrient programs and ensuring nothing is delivered to plants without first hitting target recipe setpoints. With up-to 16 nutrient/additive inputs, true-nutrient sequencing capabilities, and built-in automated cleaning procedures, this system is a great fit for those larger facilities, still looking to differentiate with more “craft” programs and processes.

Why? Rhythm takes traditional fertigation systems a step further by providing more robust and thought out designs, more capable and flexible software, and less maintenance requirements.

Redundant pumping systems

While most systems only open and close valves and require the use of autonomous pumps to move water, Rhythm provides pumps that are dynamically controlled through the use of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).

With Rhythm, pumps only run when they’re required to run, and the system depressurizes when events complete, and the system is idle. The pumps ramp up and down to eliminate water hammering at the start and end of events and maintain ideal system pressures and/or flow rates depending on the processes being run. What does this mean for you? Optimization. Along with other benefits like power savings, elimination of mechanical flow/pressure regulators, and more.
2hp, 3hp, or 5hp pumps available as standard
Options for skid-built or floor/wall-mounted units
Fully integrated redundant (2) pump system options available to ensure a single pump issue/failure/service requirement does not stop critical fertigation processes

Nutrient injectors with
true nutrient sequencing

The Rhythm Multi-Batch Series AFS utilizes diaphragm pumps to top-dose nutrients into a highly-agitated mixing tank. This process and methodology allows nutrients to be added in a specific sequence that benefits the program (i.e. products like silica can be added and blended for a configurable time before additional nutrients/additives are added). This, paired with up-to 16 input capacity, allows for the industries most complete nutrient program compatibility.
Electrically powered and controlled (no air compressor requirements for dosing)
mL/gallon or percentage (%) based dosing options in the software
Recipe auto-adjustment features to optimize recipe performance

Best-in-class
industrial sensors

Rhythm only uses best-in-class, industrial grade, sensors to manage these critical processes. All sensors are designed to be more reliable, provide the most accurate data, and limit the overall maintenance requirements of the system. Sensors for Flow (GPM), Volume (metered gallons/liters), Pressure(psi), pH, Electrical Conductivity (EC), and Temperature are standard on all units. Dissolved Oxygen (DO) sensor options are available as upgrades.
GF Signet water quality sensorsprovide the most accurate and reliable readings for pH, EC, DO, and Temperature-- making them ideal for fertigation applications
“Easy Calibration” procedures and no tools required for routine calibration requirements
Software allows for Duration (time) or Volume based filling and feeding options

Double the feeding power

Otake Main GradientOtake About Pattern

Add feeding
bandwidth with
Day Storage

Eliminate irrigation queues with the Day Storage model. The Rhythm fertigation system prepares “day storage” reservoirs rather than direct feeding plants. With Rhythm’s Day Storage upgrades, these reservoirs come to life in the software for all monitoring, recirculation, and delivery schedules from the reservoirs to the plants. This option is great for facilities where feeding direct queues (one room feeding at a time) can limit the overall irrigation strategies (i.e. not enough time in the day). It’s also great for those facilities deploying crop-steering methodologies.

Standard Day Storage upgrades include controls, level sensors, and flow meters for all reservoirs
Optional upgrades include VFD controlled pumping systems, pH/EC/temp sensors, Rhythm-built schedule 80 PVC riser assemblies and valve manifolds
No restriction on reservoir size (not included). Rhythm will assist in the planning and sizing of all Day Storage reservoirs

Services Included

With every system purchase, Rhythm will provide our Project Management, Design, and Coordination Services.

Onsite Services

A team of Rhythm engineers and/or technicians will wire all Rhythm provided controllers, sensors, and valve manifolds. They will provide a full system commissioning and detailed in person staff training at your facility location.

Reliable Support

We are proud to offer personalized, premium support for the life of your facility. From project management, to on-site startup and commissioning, to continued educational, troubleshooting and maintenance, the Rhythm Support team is always available to help ensure your success.

Custom Solutions

Rhythm provides a Project Manager who will supply a coordination document set that outlines the entire Rhythm scope for your facility. This includes equipment layouts, power/plumbing requirements, integration and networking requirements, etc. We will meet with your GC team to ensure the planning and commissioning of your facility runs smoothly.

Project Coordination

You will be assigned a Rhythm Project Manager who will put forth a full project specific coordination set. That set will include equipment and controls layouts for the project, and outline all scope for electricians, plumbers, and low voltage contractors. Your Project Manager will meet with all contractors involved to review scope, ensure everyone is clear on what needs to be accomplished, and manage the production, shipping, and onsite schedules.
